Magnetic flip level meter according to the buoyancy principle and magnetic coupling principle of work. When the liquid level in the measured container rises and falls, the float in the main tube of the magnetic flip plate level meter also rises and falls. The permanent magnetic steel in the float is transferred to the field indicator through magnetic coupling, driving the red and white flip column to flip 180°. When the liquid level rises, the flip column turns from white to red, and when the liquid level drops, the flip column turns from red to white. The red and white boundary of the indicator is the actual height of the liquid level in the container, so as to indicate the liquid level. Magnetic technology can also be installed on the body tube, switch or remote transmitter, output switch signal or analog signal. Suitable for high temperature, high pressure, corrosion resistance and other occasions, local display and remote control.

Magnetic flip level meter has in situ display of direct reading characteristics. No more than one group of level gauge combination. It has the advantages of single full range measurement, less opening of equipment, clear display, eye-catching signs, intuitive reading and so on.

1, installation mode: side mounted top mounted type

2, measurement medium: such as water, oil, other chemical solvents and liquid raw materials

3, material requirements: such as 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, stainless steel lined with tetrafluorin,PP, PVC (if the user is not clear, after providing relevant parameters, we can choose by our technical staff)

4, measure the temperature of the medium: the different temperature determines the different choice of the material type of float and display panel. When the temperature is too low in winter, it is necessary to install potential heat or steam jacket for insulation, the level meter can measure the temperature of the medium -20℃~500℃.

5, working pressure: the size of the pressure determines the thickness of the main pipe and the different processing technology such as welding. The liquid level meter can measure the medium Z.i high pressure can reach 10MPa.

6, connection mode: top mounted magnetic flip plate level gauge series products are generally connected with DN80 or DN100 flange, side mounted magnetic flip plate level gauge adopts three kinds of connection: flange connection (such as DN25), clamp connection, thread connection.

7. Measuring range: 1. Because the side-mounted type is connected to the measuring vessel through the upper and lower tubes, its measuring range is the distance between the centers of the two tubes, referred to as the center distance.

2. The top-mounted type is inserted into the container from the top, so its measurement range is the distance to be measured from the top to the bottom of the container.
