Silicon rubber flat cable

A: product characteristics and use

The product uses silicon rubber as insulation or sheath material. As the silicon rubber itself has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, cold resistance, softness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and so on, the cable has stable electrical performance, good anti-aging performance and long service life in high temperature environment. Suitable for 1KV ac and below with special requirements of tensile, heat resistance, corrosion resistance and other mobile equipment such as driving, trolley, transmission machinery and electrical power transmission lines and control, lighting, communication lines, the product has been widely used in metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, shipping, port and other industries.

Split-phase shielded silicone rubber sheathed flat cable is suitable for inverter power supply cable.

1. Ac rated voltage: U0/U 0.6/1kV

High working temperature: 180℃

Low ambient temperature: -60℃ for fixed installation

2. The temperature of cable installation and laying should not be lower than -25℃.

Six: main technical indicators

1. Dc resistance of finished cable conductor (Class R) (in accordance with GB3956) refer to Table 2 in Appendix A.

The insulation resistance is not less than 100M ω /KM at 2.20 ° C.

3. Finished cable withstands ac 50HZ3.5 kV /5min voltage test without breakdown.
