The constant power electric heating band adopts platinum resistance temperature probe to control the temperature. The automatic temperature limiting function of self temperature limiting electric heating band can ensure that a certain temperature is maintained in the sampling tube, so as to ensure that the collected samples are consistent with the initial value as much as possible, and z.ui finally ensures the continuity of the monitoring system. Accurately collect the sample gas. According to different ambient temperatures, appropriate tracking belt, compensation line, power line, etc. can be used. 3. The sampling tube can work for a long time at a temperature of < 200 ℃.

1. The z.ui small curvature radius of the composite pipe is 0.5m.

2. Z.ui low installation temperature – 20 ℃ (take appropriate measures at – 30 ℃ ~ – 40 ℃).

Precautions for installation of heat tracing sampling composite pipe

It is strictly prohibited to twist and drag on the ground during construction. The pipe head sheath can be removed only after the contact is installed. The end of the tracing band shall be closed to prevent short circuit of two wires of the tracing band and burning of the tracing band. The shielding layer of the tracing band must be grounded to prevent electric shock. Special intermediate junction box or power junction box shall be used at one end of the power supply to avoid potential accidents. Install leakage protector of distribution switch.
