Overview of jacket joint

The sleeve joint is composed of three parts: the joint body, the sleeve and the nut. When the sleeve and nut sleeve are inserted into the joint body on the steel pipe, when the nut is tightened, the outer side of the front end of the sleeve is attached to the cone surface of the joint body, and the inner edge is evenly bitten into the seamless steel pipe to form an effective seal.

The w-end of the 24° cone is DIN 3861. The sleeve adopts double blade sleeve.

Usually the joint body and nut surface galvanized treatment. The working pressure of the joint is up to 63MPa, and the outer diameter of the seamless steel tube is 42mm.
