Working principle:

The steel single clamp casing joint is composed of three parts: joint body, nut and clamp sleeve. The sleeve is a metal ring with a cone on the outside of the front and back end and a cutting edge on the inside of the front end. The joint body is like an extrusion mold. Under the push of the nut, the outer side of the sleeve meets the action of the cone in the joint body and makes the front part of the sleeve shrink radial, and the middle part is slightly arched. In this way, the sealing and fastening effect between the steel pipes of the joint body is realized.
