What is self-limiting high temperature tracing belt?

According to the composition of polymer PTC material, the thermal cable of self-limiting temperature tracing belt can be divided into low temperature type and high temperature type. Common in the market is polyolefin as the base material of 65℃ temperature grade thermal cable and fluorine materials as the base material of 110℃ and 150℃ thermal cable. The cable can be used stably for long periods of time and produce effective heating power output at z.UI high ambient temperatures beyond specified temperature levels. On the one hand, due to the increase in resistance, the output power of the cable itself is very small, and the actual heating efficiency is very low. Long-term overtemperature use can reduce or weaken cable performance, such as PTC characteristics and heating power, which will reduce cable service life and operational reliability. However, it is also possible to be intermittently exposed to above-temperature environments and other poles for short periods of time. Therefore, in addition to the above temperature levels, the automatic temperature tracking cable has another temperature level. For example, for the temperature grade 65℃ cable, the temperature grade is 85℃, for the temperature grade 110℃, 130℃ cable, and for the temperature grade 150℃, 230℃ cable. However, the cable is valid at this time.
