Application installation scope:

The cable adopts special structure design, can be used as power and control cable installation in track, crane, material flow conveying and other occasions.

Cable characteristics:

Adopt new oil resistant flexible special outer sheath, which can still operate soft and flame retardant at -15℃.

Cable structure:

Conductor: multi strands of fine stranded oxygen-free copper wire, according to VDE0295CLASS 5 standard

Insulation: color, comply with 2271IEC (brown, blue, black, yellow-green), black number, white number, comply with EN50214 (please specify if yellow and green ground cables are included)

Jacket: oil resistant, flame retardant, elastic PVC special jacket or grey (RAL7001), black (RAL9005). Prior instructions are required for outdoor use.

If the crane is used as follows:

1, lifting cable is a font arrangement:

(1) The length of free use is greater than 35 meters;

(2) The running speed is greater than 1.6m/s;

It should be considered to add load bearing elements in the cable, which are generally galvanized soft steel wire or fiber rope such as aramid yarn

2. When the hoisting cable is twisted and arranged in plum pattern:

(1) The free hanging length is greater than 80 meters;

(2) Operating speed from 4.0 m/s to 10.0 m/s;

Consideration should be given to adding load-bearing elements in the cable, which are generally galvanized flexible wire ropes
